Eat for the body you want

Home · Archive · RSS · Mobile · Ask · Weekly Progress · I'm Stefanie, 19, 5' 5.5" and Im currently trying to lose weight. My goal is 115lbs or less by/before May. I just want to feel confident in a bathing suit, be able to not have fat fold up and roll out when I sit, I want to fit in my old skinny jeans again. I am here to blog about my weightloss journey. I'll share my dissapointments, fears, joys, goals, plans, victories, etc with everyone. I have another personal blog, where almost all my friends are. None of them know about this blog and weight issues, nor they know about how ugly, insecure & fat I feel about myself.

My current thinspo celebs/models are Alessandra Ambrosio, Chanel Iman, & Jaslene Gonzalez.

My weight:
HW: 135 lbs
CW: 130 lbs.
GW1: 125 lbs.
GW2: 120 lbs.
GW3: 115 lbs (reward: tattoo on lower hip).
UGW1: 110 lbs
UGW2: 105 lbs (Not sure if I want to reach UGW2 yet, depends how I look when I reach my UGW1)

Oh my goodness, thank you soo much! You do not know how much that really means to me :D That gorgeous comment obviously had to come from some one gorgeous like you ;D

As for exercises, I just basically do cardio (running, jogging) and just a few reps of crunches. Thats basically it. I think the cardio really helped me out alot when I was trying to lose weight. But yeah, I also have a job so Im always standing or walking around. :D Hope that helpedd

Now that I have lost weight…

…I want to work on my abs. I reallyy want them to get toned up and not just have a flat stomach. Let me know if I should do a prog page of the progress of me toning up my abs :D
