Oh my goodness, thank you soo much! You do not know how much that really means to me :D That gorgeous comment obviously had to come from some one gorgeous like you ;D
As for exercises, I just basically do cardio (running, jogging) and just a few reps of crunches. Thats basically it. I think the cardio really helped me out alot when I was trying to lose weight. But yeah, I also have a job so Im always standing or walking around. :D Hope that helpedd
Now that I have lost weight…
…I want to work on my abs. I reallyy want them to get toned up and not just have a flat stomach. Let me know if I should do a prog page of the progress of me toning up my abs :D
